file (never in plain text) directly to Hog
Slat Inc.’s office site. From there, the
order will be processed for credit card
authorization or placed on an existing
account for return customers. No credit
cards will be charged, or orders
considered to be complete, until Hog Slat
Inc. processes the transaction from
their location. An email confirmation, with
an order number will be sent out
at this time.

Shipping
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order
before they
ship. Orders placed before 1:00 CST will be shipped the same
day. Once the
order has been received your estimate time of arrival will be
determined by the
shipping method paid for and your local UPS guidelines for
delivery.
Hog Slat Inc offers the
following shipping methods:

UPS – Ground – Takes 3 Days plus 1-2 days processing time

UPS – Second Day – Takes 2 Days plus 1-2 days processing time

UPS – Next Day – Takes 1 Day plus 1- 2 days processing time

UPS – COD is available with an additional charge of $10.00 per
package.
Shipping charges will be calculated before
the online ordering process
is completed. Shipping charges are the
customers’ responsibility.

Warranty and acceptance of order terms
Purchaser agrees to pay in full for the subject goods of this
order within the
terms stated in the invoice. In the event that purchaser
fails to so pay,
purchaser shall be liable to Hog Slat Inc, for all costs
incident to recovery
of the delinquent amounts including legal fees and for
payment at the rate
of 1-1/2% per month.
Hog Slat Inc. hereby expressly warrants
any product manufactured by it
for one year against any damage to the
products caused by defects in
material or workmanship. The exclusive
remedy for breach of this warranty
shall be the repair or replacement of the
product, the choice of which shall
be within the exclusive discretion of Hog
Slat Inc., at no charge to purchaser.
Written approval must be obtained from Hog
Slat, Inc prior to any return of
goods. Hog Slat Inc shall in no event be
liable to purchaser for any
consequential damage arising from the
failure of the product to satisfy this
warranty.
The warranty provided in the above
paragraph, shall run from the date the
products(s) is received by the purchaser.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY
OTHER IMPLIED
WARRANTY, ON ANY PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY HOG
SLAT. INC.,
WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTICULAR COMPONENT
IN MANUFACTURED
THEREBY, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND
DISCLAIMED.
The laws of the State of Iowa shall govern
the agreement between Hog Slat Inc.,
and purchaser. If any provisions or
portion thereof contained herein is found
to be unenforceable under the law, the
remaining provisions and portions shall
not be denied their full force and effect.
Returns
The purchaser must obtain a Return Goods
Authorization number to return
merchandise (a RGA #). All items must be
returned within 30 days from the
date of purchase. Items must be in clean
and saleable condition. All returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The
customer is responsible for shipping
charges to return an item. If an item was
shipped incorrectly this charge will be
credited back to the customer. Credit will
be issued after the product is inspected.
Refunds are issued back to the original
source of the purchase.
*Special order items are not returnable.
