ACRYLIC COAT is a Single component high build coating system that is ideal for buildings with roofs that have movement and are leaking. It resists molds, mildew, weather extremes and UV light exposure. As a membrane, it bridges seams, splits and screw heads maintaining a continuous coating that prevents or stops water seepage.

This product is not designed to go over tar or rubber-based coatings. Typical coverage is 40-100 sq. ft. per gallon. Can be applied with brush or roller. Do not use with VSC ZINC ADDITIVE.
