The Bin Flag is an simple, mechanical feed level indicator that is easy to install on any bin.
NO NEED TO INSTALL ELECTRICAL POWER BIN TO OPERATE INSTALLS EASILY FROM OUTSIDE THE BIN…….NO NEED TO JACK UP THE BIN TO MOUNT LOAD CELLS . VISIBLE FROM UP TO 200 FEET AWAY!!!
A simple paddle inside the bin activates a rotating sight indicator showing yellow when feed present. When the feed level falls below the paddle the sight indicator shows as black. Note in the picture above the top indicator is black indicating no feed while the bottom one is yellow showing feed is present.
The Bin Flag is installation is flexible allowing you to decide how you would prefer to monitor feed levels. You can install one towards the bottom of the bin to show when it is critical to order feed or you can mount additional indicators along the bin for more advance warning.
